That's why we've partnered with Sendle to deliver our orders carbon neutral.
Sendle calculates the highest amount of carbon that could be generated by any given delivery. Using this number, (with the help of South Pole) they fund sustainability projects that reduce or remove emissions from the atmosphere.
These projects help regenerate forests, conserve biodiversity in the Amazon rainforest, and help provide affordable clean-energy cookstoves to families.
You can read about the projects you're helping support here.

We select our products we stock based on independent environmental accreditations (e.g. FSC, Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade etc.), and precise sustainability benefits (e.g. recycled materials, plant-based products, no toxic chemicals, etc.)
Sustainability certifications help you shop ethically.
We believe they're important in creating a trust mark and differentiating from products that are greenwashing and pretending to create impact.
👇 Here are the certifications we use to choose our products:
Forest Stewardship Certification (FSC)
FSC supports responsible forest management.
For a product to carry an FSC label, every company involved in its production, manufacturing, processing and trading has to have an FSC Chain of Custody Certification.
There are three FSC labels, which show a product has been responsibly sourced from a sustainably managed forest: “100%”, “MIX” and “Recycled.”
You'll find FSC products in our paper-based products.
Rainforest Alliance certified products help protect forests, improve the livelihoods of farmers and help them mitigate and adapt to the climate crisis.
You'll find Rainforest Alliance certified products in our tea, coffee & chocolate products.
Fairtrade certification focuses on paying farmers a fair price for their produce. With the certification, companies pay farmers a minimum price to protect them if the market price falls. This helps guarantee income and farmers can use profits to improve their communities.
You'll find Fairtrade certified products in our tea, coffee & chocolate products.
B Corp certification are awarded to businesses that create benefits for all stakeholders, including local communities and the environment; not only their shareholders.
B Corps are assessed on their entire social and environmental impact, from the materials it uses throughout the supply chain to the benefits it gives to its employees.
1% for the Planet
Co-founded by Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard, 1% for the Planet encourages businesses to give the equivalent of 1% of their gross sales to environmental projects.
This model has directed hundreds of millions of dollars to sustainability projects around the world.
Climate Active is an Australian government program that certifies businesses that have offset the carbon impact of their business.
To become carbon neutral, businesses calculate the greenhouse gas emissions generated by their activity, such as fuel or electricity use and travel. They reduce these emissions by investing in new technology or changing the way they operate. Any remaining emissions can be 'cancelled out' by purchasing carbon offsets.
